1412 V5.02.xls

 This is an updated EXCEL version of the 1412.  Use it to automatically total your individual 1412s.  It also contains a tab for your deposit and Forms 3958 and 3959. 

Money orders V4.01.xls

 This EXCEL spreadsheet is useful to manual offices for logging and totaling their money order sales.  Money order amounts and fees are automatically totaled to help eliminate errors, and you won't need a new calculator tape when more money orders are sold!

Stamp Chart MASTER.xls

 Use this stamp chart for values for 1 through 100 stamps.  You can change the stamp value and the chart will automatically update for other amounts or rate changes.

Bulk Funding Balance.xls

 Use this spreadsheet to track your Bulk Funding Balances during the year.  Amounts automatically recalculate each time an entry is made.

  MDC now has the catalog available on eBuy.  You can use this list to make ordering supplies easier, by highlighting items to make them easier to find.
